BETTER YOU CHALLENGE
This 6 week program will really challenge not only your body, but also your mind AND soul! Are you wanting to learn to push yourself past your limits and see what you are REALLY capable of? Are you tired of selling yourself short and not living up to the standards you propose for yourself? Then this challenge is for you!
With workouts changing every 2 weeks, you get access to my training app with instructional videos and a personal dashboard to keep track of all your progress.
Workouts average 45-60 min and consist of full body, high intensity functional training! You will never get bored with these workouts and will have some new fun & dynamic moves to add to your future training. All high intensity exercises can be modified to low impact. Bi-weekly fitness assessments (which include 1 mile run, sit up challenge etc) are assigned as well to see how much progress you’ve made by the week!
You will also get access to my private FB group to share you journey, keep each other accountable and I will be by your side to answer all and any questions to make sure you succeed!
No meal plan is provided but I am more than happy to suggest personalized macros for you.
