This is a lean mass building program focused on progressive overload in increments of 2 week phases, for a total of 4 phases (8 weeks total). No meal plan included for this program, however, you do get access to my training app where you can track progress, weights, photos, measurements, etc in order to maintain accountability. You will have access to me via the training app to support you throughout your journey! This program focuses on really building your lower half while also targeting important areas such as your cardio, core, and conditioning. There are 2 upper body splits, 3 lower body splits, along with HIIT & core workouts to give you a well rounded program. You will NOT be disappointed! Can be done at home or at the gym!
